My objective is to dispatch a lookup query from callin.io (conversational) to a zip code dataset (containing 186 zip codes) to identify which office serves a lead's zip code. Is this achievable using callin.io -> callin.io -> Google Sheets, or should I store my zip code data in Airtable or another platform? I'm open to recommendations.

I'm new to callin.io and seeking advice. We've experimented with various table configurations within the AI and concluded that to ensure consistent and accurate responses, we need to initiate a subprocess to retrieve and return the information while the call is still active. Eventually, we'll need to apply the same process for a pricing table.
