I'm working on a scenario to send and receive WhatsApp messages, utilizing the OpenAI API for the assistant and the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for message handling. I've set this up, but it consistently throws an error, and I've run out of troubleshooting ideas. Therefore, I'm looking to hire someone to resolve this. All connections are functioning correctly; I can send a message, and it responds to incoming messages, but an error occurs after the first execution. If I bypass sending a message via WhatsApp and simply direct the response to a spreadsheet, the scenario operates without any issues.

Does anyone have experience with WhatsApp Business Cloud?
You might want to post this in the How To category as well, where people can help you for free. At first glance, your problem doesn't seem to be with the WhatsApp connection itself, but rather with sending the {{9.messages.text.body}}
value directly to your assistant without verifying its existence in the correct place. Consider setting the second route as a fallback route in your filter settings.
Thanks, I did post in the how-to section, but I haven't received any responses yet.
Could you elaborate on how the fallback route functions?

Appreciate the assistance. I attempted to modify that and even included an additional condition for when the message was empty, but it didn't resolve the issue. It appears to continue running a second time, as if it's attempting to process the message it just dispatched.
Hi,
If you’re still seeking a solution, I’m available to assist!
The objective of automation is to guarantee automatic replies to messages, regardless of whether a chat is active.
A suggestion: You could consider re-establishing the trigger event and limiting it to when a ‘message received’ criterion is satisfied.
Feel free to check out my services.
I’d also be pleased to connect on LinkedIn and maintain contact.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
I can see you’ve already done a solid job setting up the scenario.
It looks like the issue is related to the OpenAI module expecting a message input that isn’t being received properly when triggered by a WhatsApp message. This is a common issue in callin.io scenarios when required fields aren’t dynamically populated.
No worries at all, I’ll take care of fixing this for you. I’ll ensure the message input is correctly handled so that your scenario runs smoothly every time, whether a WhatsApp message is received or not.
Looking forward to resolving this quickly and getting everything running as expected.
