Automatically update/switch to the most relevant AI model choice as they are released?

Hi all,
I'm exploring a method to future-proof my AI workflows by developing a system that automatically updates to the most relevant AI model from any provider in bulk.

For instance, this would involve updating any GPT modules used for writing tasks to the best available writing model, or upgrading Claude from version 3.7 to 4 when it's released.

Is the approach simply using a Google Sheet that lists use cases and my preferred model, then manually referencing that in each module scenario and mapping the data into the AI modules?

Are there any more sophisticated solutions available? I considered that eden ai might be helpful, but model selection still appears to be a manual process.
