Bilingual Agent

Frank, I was really impressed to discover that Callin now lets you create a fully bilingual AI agent one that can speak two languages as naturally as a real person. It’s such a useful feature, especially if your audience mixes languages in the same conversation.

To do it, just open your agent and go to the Voice & Language section. Set your primary language, the one your agent will start every call with, and then choose a secondary language. That’s it. Once saved, your agent can automatically switch between both languages in real time.

For example, if you pick English as the primary and Spanish as the secondary, your agent might start a call in English and smoothly continue in Spanish when the caller switches without you having to do anything.
