Good afternoon everyone. I'm encountering an issue with the callin.io bubble that I recently acquired. It seems that when I initiate a call directly from the callin.io platform, everything functions as expected. The AI follows the conversation pathway flawlessly, without any delays, accurately processing user input and responding appropriately. However, when I attempt to make a call using the callin.io bubble within a callin.io automation, I run into problems. The only part that works correctly is the reproduction of the initial sentence. After that, it appears the system fails to follow the specified PATHWAY ID in the designated field. To summarize, calls made directly from the callin.io platform work fine, but calls initiated through the callin.io bubble in callin.io fail as if the PATHWAY is not being recognized.
