Hello everyone, I require urgent assistance.
The webhook is not successfully determining the outcome, even after configuring the provider credentials in callin.io and setting the server URL in the tools section of callin.io. Based on my understanding, this is the correct method for connecting the webhook.
What am I overlooking? To clarify, I used the API token generated in callin.io under "API Access." I also retrieved the team ID from the "Variables" category within the "My Team" section of the callin.io dashboard. Are these the correct values I should be entering into the provider credentials?

I figured it out. I had to actually initiate a call for it to connect. The YouTube videos I was referencing featured the older custom tool, which allowed for immediate connection.
