Hi there! I'm looking to build a company knowledge base using Notion, where we'll organize our internal process documentation.
The ultimate goal is to have a company-wide chat interface where every employee can ask questions and get tailored responses about our procedures and the company. My plan involves connecting Notion to Airtable to gather data in a database format. This data can then be queried and fed into GPT. Setting up Notion, an Airtable database, and integrating GPT via callin.io are straightforward for me.
However, I'm facing a challenge in selecting the right application for handling the questions and answers. Do you have any suggestions for tools I could use?
Ideally, I'm looking for something that functions similarly to the GPT interface. I've already experimented with Slack, but it didn't prove to be a suitable solution for my company.

Notion has its own integrated AI system capable of querying information (I believe this is a paid feature). There's also an open-source software called “Flowise” that enables you to build chatbots. I haven't encountered a module in callin.io that allows chatbot creation, but I haven't thoroughly investigated it.
