Hey!
I’m trying to connect callin.io to RetellAI. Previously, I had it set up so that when someone called my Twilio number, it would send a reply message from callin.io. I then wanted to enhance this by using RetellAI with its custom voices for an IVR system. Now, when I call the number, it either hangs up immediately or reports an application error. I've spent a day adjusting the API configuration and am starting to suspect if callin.io requires a paid account or features not available on the free tier?

Do you have a paid callin.io account? I believe it only functions with paid callin.io and Twilio accounts.

Yes, I have the accounts configured and confirmed. This is peculiar. I am currently learning about API integrations and have included the necessary headers and agent details.
