Describe the problem/error/question

I'm encountering an issue when trying to make a request from callin.io to Elevenlabs. I've tried using the native Elevenlabs node as well as the HTTP Request node, and the results are the same.

I also tested this using Postman, and it worked correctly there.

What is the error message (if any)?

Forbidden - perhaps check your credentials?

Request failed with status code 403

Hello,

Sorry, I don't quite understand. Is the call working correctly with Postman?

Are there any differences in the settings between callin.io and Postman?

I suspect not, but it's always good to confirm.

Could you also share screenshots of the different settings?

You may need to verify how you are utilizing the API key.

There are two methods within callin.io:

  1. Use the header:
xi-api-key: ELEVENLABS_API_KEY
  1. Utilize the callin.io credential:

If you are using the Docker edition and not the cloud version, you can add this: n8n-nodes-elevenlabs-enhanced - npm

Still no luck. The error persists.

The most probable cause is still an issue with the key.

Could you verify that the key has the necessary access?

Alternatively, try generating a new key and ensure no extra characters or whitespace are included when pasting it.

Yes. Key to full access. I re-generate it

I suspect my server IP might be blocked. Does anyone know how to contact ElevenLabs support?

You should verify if other Eleven Labs tools are functioning, such as listing voices. If the credentials are the same, the problem likely lies with your credentials. Please check for any extra spaces or ensure the key has been entered correctly. On that screen, you should see a "Connection tested successfully" message, as the connection will be tested.

I've sent an image containing the credentials (the key is starred and not visible, represented by ********).

Please do not send exposed keys; blur them or use asterisks (**).

It is important on this screen to verify that the connection was established successfully.
