I've developed a voice AI front desk agent using callin.io and am currently using webhooks along with Google Sheets to import the call data into a spreadsheet. While the general functionality is working well, I'm encountering an issue with capturing specific custom data during calls. I've successfully configured the custom data fields within callin.io, but the webhooks aren't recognizing this data, and it's not appearing as an available field for integration into my spreadsheet. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
