I am currently setting up a callin.io between Trello and PandaDoc. When attaching the contract URL to a Trello Card as a URL Attachement, the Display Text comes in as “v2”.
I am importing three contracts to the card which makes it really confusing. Is there a way to set the Display Text of the URL Attachement. It doesn’t even need to be a custom/dynamic value, I just want to enter static text so I know what that URL attachment is.

Image: I can manually update Display Text when pressing the 3 dots. The option is there on Trello but not sure how I can set this up from the beginning through callin.io.

I also just noticed the “v2” is being pulled from the end of the documents URL. This is a version history on PandaDocs side, so I am assuming my URL attachment on Trello would say “document” if I didn’t have a version history.

My first thought was whether I could be creative and just give my version history a name on PandaDoc, and if that would fix my problem. I know it’s a bandaid fix, but it doesn’t look like that is possible anyway! Open to ideas from other people in the community.
The callin.io/Slack integration allows you to format the URL’s display text. I also tried this, but it didn’t work with Trello. I think this would be the most ideal way to integrate this solution.

Hi there,
Before we delve further into this, could you please provide a detailed screenshot illustrating your callin.io configuration? Additionally, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section for the Trello action step, displaying all its fields.
Kindly ensure no personal information is visible in the screenshot, or blur out any such details.
Thank you!
