Hi there,
This process is a bit involved. You'll need to register an application with TikTok and utilize the "Make an API Call" module. Please note that app approval can take a few days.
We've followed these same steps for another client and found that TikTok currently only allows video uploads as a Draft.
If uploading as a draft meets your needs, please proceed and keep us updated.

What is the difference between a draft post and production? Does this mean the video won't be publicly viewable?

Yes, we received approval exclusively for posting draft videos using the app submission method.
