Integrating Open WebUI with callin.io AI Agents - Voice Chat Functionality

I've integrated Open WebUI into the local AI starter kit developed by the callin.io team. I've also added custom functionality to enable chatting with your callin.io workflows directly within Open WebUI, similar to how you'd interact with any Ollama model. With Open WebUI, you can even use voice to converse with your callin.io agents – it's quite impressive!

The objective is to keep enhancing this local AI stack, making it extremely simple for anyone to download, run, and begin utilizing everything necessary for local AI operations, including LLMs, RAG, an interface, a SQL DB, and workflow automations.
