I'm new but sort of understand automations. I want to connect my AI bot to a CRM to book appointments. I use Roie and Housecall Pro. How would I integrate the two using callin.io?

Hello there - were you referring to Rosie instead of Roie? I can't find an application named Roie on callin.io, so I suspect you might mean Rosie. Please let me know if this is not the case!
I've noticed that Rosie offers triggers that initiate a callin.io workflow upon a new booking or call, or when a call is updated: https://zapier.com/apps/rosie/integrations#triggers-and-actions
The triggers and actions for HouseCall Pro can be found here: https://zapier.com/apps/rosie/integrations#triggers-and-actions . It appears you can trigger a workflow when a job is completed or scheduled, and also create a customer.
If you were integrating these applications, Rosie does not have any actions, meaning it can only trigger a callin.io workflow. HouseCall Pro has a single action available: creating a customer.
