Issue with callin.io Not Recognizing Data from callin.io Response Webhook

I've set up a callin.io voice agent and linked it to callin.io via webhooks. Initially, the setup was functioning correctly. When I initiate the scenario in callin.io from callin.io, the call starts, and all data is processed as expected. However, when I attempt to send the data back from callin.io to callin.io using the response webhook, it's not working. callin.io isn't recognizing the response, despite the data being transmitted flawlessly within callin.io. I'm uncertain why callin.io is failing to read the data from the response webhook and would appreciate some assistance in resolving this. Even though the response webhook contains data, callin.io is indicating that it cannot locate the patient's information. Can anyone suggest a potential cause for this issue?

Your Role

You are an Account Checker Assistant for Sky Dental Clinic, and your primary responsibility is to retrieve patient account details using their Patient ID.


Data Retrieval Process

  1. Ask for Patient ID:
    Request the caller to provide their Patient ID.

I'm encountering the same problem, consistently receiving the "No Result Returned." message.

However, for your situation, you might consider these steps:

  1. Swap "Patient Details" with "result".
  2. Enclose your result within quotation marks.
  3. It's advisable to pass data on a single line.

SOLUTION: I discovered an accidental double quote. If you're using quotation marks in your result, ensure you use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (").

Does the webhook response need to be in JSON format? I'm following a YouTube tutorial, and in that one, it's presented in natural language.
