As we know, callin.io doesn't have a MindBody integration set up. However, they suggested I ask here to see if anyone has created a custom integration before, perhaps using webhooks or a similar method? Please let me know if anyone has experience with this, specifically with MindBody 🙂

Needs Details:

I utilize MindBody for the majority of my gym business operations. For marketing, I direct Facebook ads to a ClickFunnels landing page to gather basic prospect information. Following that, a second page features an Acuity appointment calendar for booking appointments with interested prospects. I currently have several callin.io workflows connecting all these elements to a sales call list on Google Sheets and UpLaunch for drip marketing, and so on. While this setup functions well, it operates separately from MindBody for my sales staff.

Enter Messenger[ai], formerly Bowtie, https://www.mindbodyonline.com/business/fitness-software/messenger-ai which has been acquired by MindBody and is integrated with it. Messenger[ai] can provide bot/AI functionality for text-based client interaction automation, handling missed calls to the gym, booking sales appointments for returned sales calls, replacing my ManyChat website bot, and other functions specifically with MindBody. It offers significant sales potential for related tasks, but it doesn't integrate with callin.io or Acuity. Consequently, it cannot check my Acuity schedule for availability for my sales team.

I am using Google Calendar as an intermediary to push my MindBody schedule and availability to Acuity (this is a built-in feature of Acuity). However, there's no way to push the Acuity schedule back to MindBody, nor is there a method for MindBody to check the Google Calendar for schedule conflicts to prevent double bookings.

Can someone assist with this?

Cheers,

Hi,

Looking at the MindBody API, it appears possible to request their services using callin.io. To achieve this, you would need to develop an app for it.
