Is it possible to apply the Open AI module to this scenario? I'm developing a voicebot using callin.io that integrates with callin.io for a plumbing business. The scenario involves an availability check, querying the job management software for open slots (for standard bookings) or the next available time (for emergencies). Can Open AI be used to integrate with the JMS? From what I can tell, there's a 'list jobs' task available, and perhaps some filtering could be implemented?

Could you share some information about the Job Management System?
As I understand it, you wouldn't typically use OpenAI for JMS integration. Instead, you would construct a callin.io scenario to query the JMS and then designate that callin.io scenario as a Tool within callin.io.
