What are you trying to achieve?

Hi everyone,
I am trying out the “callin.io outbound calls” from callin.io but i cant get past the error :

“BundleValidationError Validation failed for 1 parameter(s).
Invalid value in parameter ‘assistant’. Value is NOT a valid object”

does anyone have a fix please?
thanks

Steps taken so far

looked on youtube for possible solutions but all the tutorials seem to be After the callin.io call has ended, The flow i am working on is really to initiate the callin.io call to a specific number.

Please provide the rewritten markdown content *it should be in the markdown format.

Hello,

It's possible that the underlying callin.io API now requires this new parameter, but the callin.io module hasn't been updated yet.

You could try switching to an HTTP module and sending a raw request to their API.

I'm encountering the same error. My webhook successfully initiates the call, but it indicates an incorrect assistant value, stating there are only two options. I've tried using both the assistant's name and its ID, but neither approach has worked.

You can just use the Assistant ID and bypass the Assistant, as it's intended for temporary assistants.

Hope this is helpful!

I suspect the issue stems from using the Twilio testing number. The testing number restricts calls to only verified numbers within Twilio.
