Product Hunt Error: Invalid redirect URI with callin.io

When attempting to link my Product Hunt account to callin.io, I'm encountering the error message "The redirect uri included is not valid." after proceeding through the prompts on the pop-up.

I've attempted logging out and back in, restarting my computer and browser, and trying in an incognito window, but unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

Has anyone else faced and resolved this problem?

I am unable to connect Product Hunt using any authentication methods.

I noticed that it was mentioned as a known issue.

 

Are there any updates or alternative solutions available? Has anyone implemented webhooks or other API connections? I can use RSS, but that doesn't assist with upvotes.

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this as well! 😔 While we don’t have any workarounds to share, I did add you to the bug report as an impacted user. This will ensure you’re emailed once a fix is in place. We’ll also share that here as well.

Full transparency, though, this particular app is owned and managed by the Product Hunt team. It might be worth reaching out directly to their team to let them know you’re running into this. Sometimes it helps to hear feedback directly from their users. 🙂

I'm encountering a similar problem. When attempting to sign in to Product Hunt, I consistently receive an error indicating that the URI code is invalid, specifically when the signed-in condition is met on Product Hunt.
