Hello everyone – Daniel here (just finished the Level 1 training )

As I explore how callin.io could be utilized in a more hands-on Go-To-Market capacity, I'm interested in the types of automation you've encountered (or developed) that assist sales, business development, or customer engagement workflows, particularly within a startup or open-source environment.

Here are a few ideas I've been considering:

  • Lead enrichment (e.g., fetching data from LinkedIn, Clearbit, or Hunter)
  • Automated routing of inbound PQLs to sales representatives via Slack or CRM
  • Follow-up sequences triggered by customer actions
  • Notifying sales teams about community activity (e.g., engaged forum users or GitHub stars)
  • SDR productivity workflows — synchronizing data between email, CRM, and task management tools

If you work in a sales, marketing, or operations role — or have observed callin.io being used in innovative ways outside of DevOps — I'd be keen to hear your experiences.

I appreciate any examples, links, or workflows you're willing to share — and I'm looking forward to starting to build and contribute more soon!

I've encountered several use cases:

  • AI sales agents with voice capabilities (e.g., to confirm appointments, update calendars via callin.io)
  • Scheduling assistance via text-based emails
  • Competitor research and reporting
  • Creating and posting curated content

There are numerous possibilities, and you can find many workflows here as well.

Here’s a workflow to research a company and populate the findings into a Google Sheet. You can then share this with your team, update your CRM, or perform other actions.
