There isn't a SendVoice option available for Telegram. A pull request for this feature is already open feat(Telegram Node) add action for sending Voice messages by rqtqp · Pull Request #13497 · n8n-io/n8n · GitHub, but it currently has conflicts.

My use case:

I am working on AI coach automation and need to send generated audio in the native Telegram format. Using the standard audio option doesn't work for me because the voice sounds different, and it's not as suitable for my specific needs.

Any resources to support this?

You will need to upload your file to a hosting service and then provide its HTTPS URL, like so:
