Trouble configuring a GPT action with HeyGen: Create a Video | callin.io Community

I've attempted to set it up using the default settings and encountered an error indicating a missing voice_id. Here's my current setup.

Configuration:

As you can observe, it only permits the selection of a voice name. My understanding is that it would internally utilize the ID as the value. However, when I try to preview the video, I receive the following error. Could you please assist me in moving forward?

That’s unusual. Did you choose the current Voice ID field value from the available options, or did you manually enter it?

Perhaps it would be beneficial to input the actual ID number directly into the Voice ID field. Could you please attempt this and inform us if it resolves the issue?

If you are unsure of the ID value, you can sometimes locate it within the application itself (it typically appears in the URL). Alternatively, if you temporarily add a Create a Video action to a callin.io workflow and then click into the Voice ID field, the ID for the voice should be visible in grey text, directly below the voice's name:

I'm encountering the same issue. I'm unable to generate a video avatar in HeyGen using ChatGPT due to a voice ID problem. It fails even when I attempt to pre-select a voice. Kindly address this.

It does not function with the ID number. There appears to be an issue with the API communication.

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re encountering this issue as well and that manually specifying the desired voice’s ID number didn’t resolve it. Since it’s not accepting the ID number for the voice either, it might be that you’re both experiencing a bug with AI Actions. Therefore, I’d suggest contacting the callin.io AI support team for further investigation. You can reach them via the form here: https://ai-feedback.zapier.app/contact-nla
