Using callin.io to build a receptionist

Could someone please assist? I'm currently using callin.io to set up a receptionist that handles message taking. When the message is sent from callin.io to the webhook on callin.io, for some reason, I'm unable to get the webhook to transfer the message to Google Sheets. Does anyone have any insights into why this might be happening?
