Hey everyone,

I’m in the middle of setting up my white-label Callin.io platform. Branding and custom domain were easy enough, but now I’m stuck on the Stripe part.

I understand I need to connect Stripe to start charging my clients, but I’m not sure:

  1. Where do I actually plug in my Stripe keys inside Callin.io?

  2. How do I create subscription plans — do I make them in Stripe first or directly in Callin.io?

  3. Any tips on structuring plans (like minutes bundles vs flat monthly pricing)?

If anyone has already gone through the Stripe setup for white-label, I’d love some practical advice before I break something 😅.

Thanks!

Hey Carlito. Follow these steps:

1. Connect Stripe in Callin.io
Head into your White Label settings → Integrations → Stripe. Don't need to add your Stripe API keys, just need to click on 'connect your stripe').

2. Create Your Products & Plans in Stripe
Go into your 'Plans' sections and start creating your pricing plans (you can choose recurring monthly or weekly subscription, on-time purchases/prepaid amount of minutes or pay-as-you-go formula).

For example, I set up the following monhtly subscriptions for my clients:

  • Starter Plan → $29/month, includes 50 minutes.

  • Pro Plan → $99/month, includes 500 minutes.

  • Business Plan → $499/month, includes 3000 minutes.

3. Test Everything
Use Stripe’s test cards to run through the entire flow: sign up → pay → subscription active → access Callin.io. Check that invoices are generated correctly and that the plan activates in your branded portal. I learned the hard way that testing only “half the flow” = unhappy customers later.

Extra Tip: Don’t overcomplicate your pricing out of the gate. I started with too many plans and confused everyone. Now I stick to 3 tiers, and conversions are way better. You can always add custom enterprise deals later.

Once this is done, your white-label isn’t just branded — it’s actually billing clients automatically. And trust me, the first time Stripe pings you “New customer subscribed” feels really good 😎.

(still remembers the first $29 subscription like it was Christmas)
