I'm setting up an automation to monitor emails for new tasks and then add them to Notion. The issue is that the email content is too lengthy, as Notion has a word limit of 2000 words. I'm looking for the most straightforward method to condense the text.

Hello, what are your thoughts on AI? You can send text to ChatGPT and instruct it to summarize the content into a new text, with a maximum limit of 2000 words.
This is essentially what call transcription applications do. They receive a meeting transcript and then offer a concise summary utilizing various AI models.

Hey, thanks for the response! I had that idea too, but wouldn't you need to pay for both OpenAI and ChatGPT? If that's the case, it's not something my superiors believe fits the budget, especially since it's "only" for our internal use.
