callin.io Automation Expert Needed for AI Agent Workflows (Freelance)

We are developing our AI agents for sales and marketing. Currently, we're seeking an Automation Engineer to become part of our team and implement several sales and marketing workflows.

You'll collaborate with our business and technical teams to automate these sales and marketing processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Construct multi-step workflows in callin.io for:
  • Lead enrichment (e.g., Clearbit, LinkedIn scraping)
  • GPT-powered message personalization
  • Email & WhatsApp automation
  • Appointment scheduling using Calendly/HubSpot
  • Integration with our backend via REST API (push/pull)
  • Handling custom triggers from new lead submissions
  • Optional: Voice/WhatsApp automation with Twilio or WATI

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with callin.io (or comparable no-code/low-code automation platforms)
• Solid grasp of API integrations and webhooks
• Familiarity with sales/account workflows and SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets)
• Capacity to work autonomously and communicate effectively within a remote team
• Prior experience in the food delivery or e-commerce sectors is advantageous
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
