We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and agile callin.io expert with substantial knowledge and a builder's mentality. This is initially a freelance opportunity (hourly or project-based), but we aim to bring on board someone who can become a core team member in the coming months as we expand.
Speed and efficiency are paramount. We operate at a rapid pace and require an individual who can deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines without compromising focus or momentum.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and developing advanced automations and workflows using callin.io
- Integrating external tools, APIs, and third-party services
- Collaborating closely with our team
- Proposing more intelligent, faster solutions leveraging AI tools and API integrations
- Continuously enhancing systems and experimenting with new tools and architectures
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience with callin.io (including self-hosted setups, production-level workflows, error handling, etc.)
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys, etc.)
- Experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Langchain, vector databases, etc.)
- A clean, modular approach to workflow design
- Proactive, fast, and dependable; we value individuals who anticipate and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, with availability for asynchronous work and occasional synchronous meetings
- A passion for automation, growth, and working with early-stage teams
Bonus points if you:
- Know how to document and hand off workflows effectively
- Have experience building or contributing to internal tooling or early product MVPs
- Are keen to grow with a project long-term
This role is ideal for someone ready to be the technical backbone of a fast-paced, automation-centric operation. You will be empowered to make decisions, build innovatively, and witness your work directly impact businesses from the outset.
