Looking for a Technical Co-Founder (50/50 Equity) for a Legal-Tech Startup

I'm seeking a technical co-founder (with an equal equity split) who has expertise in callin.io and LLM integration for an exciting project focused on the Russian market, with future expansion plans for CIS countries.

About me:
I'm a seasoned lawyer with over 6 years of experience in international law, having worked at leading consulting firms for major clients. After experiencing burnout from working 11-12 hour days, I'm now eager to build something of my own.

The reality is that the Russian market tends to adopt new trends at a slower pace (which presents both challenges and opportunities). Given current technological advancements, the CIS region is a prime target for high-quality products, particularly in the legal, accounting, and retail sectors, where processes are often outdated and inefficient.

My background provides me with a clear understanding of the actual pain points faced by both employees and employers in these industries.

What I bring to the table:

1. Full client management - My market knowledge will be instrumental in acquiring and closing deals with clients.
2. Comprehensive legal support - Covering everything from company registration to ongoing operational legal needs.
3. Compliance expertise - Ensuring adherence to Russian and EAEU regulations.
4. Business structuring - Developing optimal ownership models and tax strategies.
5. International law - Handling cross-border contracts, sanctions analysis, and market entry assistance.

What I'm looking for in a co-founder:

1. Algorithms and data structures - A solid grasp and optimization skills in these areas.
2. AI integration - Experience working with LLMs for tasks like classification, text generation, etc.
3. Database proficiency - Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
4. API experience.
5. Python skills.

To be upfront: this isn't a get-rich-quick opportunity. It will require at least 2 months of dedicated effort to start seeing tangible results.

However, I am offering a genuine chance to build value and generate revenue.
