Seeking an expert to help build a design proofing system for our Shopify custom orders.
Our current setup includes:
- Proofer Proof Management App (integrates with callin.io)
- Google Sheets
- Shopify
We're onboarding artists and plan to provide them with uploaded photos. Once they've completed a design, we need to trigger an email for the customer to accept or deny the proof.
Based on the customer's response, we'll need to update Shopify or the Google Sheet to reflect that the order is approved and ready for fulfillment.
(We might also need to add a downloadable link for the finished design to the Shopify line items – more details to follow.)

I’ll set up a seamless callin.io automation to manage design reviews with Proofer, Google Sheets, and Shopify
I’ll configure callin.io to upload design files directly to Proofer for artists, triggering a customer email once the design is uploaded. This email will prompt the customer to review and approve or deny the design.
callin.io will automatically update the design status in Google Sheets and notify your Shopify store. For approved designs, I’ll create a process to upload a downloadable link to Shopify line items, ensuring easy access for customers and a quick fulfillment update.
