Hello everyone, I'm looking to set up a system that I can implement across several companies. The goals are:
- To check existing CRMs built in Notion, fill in missing information, and update existing data.
- To create a new CRM. I have companies that will need this done from scratch. This will involve searching for the target market, finding their details (Name, email, phone, etc.), and inputting them into an Excel sheet or similar. From there, I can upload it into Notion and establish an automated CRM emailing system.
My current process is as follows:
- Define target clients.
- Scrape data in bulk from sources like yellow pages (which vary by country) after filtering for specific people or professions.
- Export to Excel and distribute to a team who manually review each entry to find LinkedIn profiles, place of work, email, website, phone number, etc.
- Once the data work is finished, I import it into Notion and create a custom CRM tailored to each company's requirements.
This is a time-consuming and expensive process. I've begun experimenting with a scenario that involves Google Sheets > search Apollo > find data > fill data > update Google Sheets. However, I'm not an expert here, and my current scenario isn't functioning correctly. It will take me a considerable amount of time to determine the most effective approach. I'm also open to suggestions if you have an alternative or improved method for establishing this workflow. I would greatly appreciate your insights.
