I'm setting up an inbound appointment booking system using callin.io, callin.io, and Google Calendar. There are two main scenarios: CheckAvailability and BookingAppointment. I've encountered some instability when using the webcall function in the callin.io assistant to test these scenarios. Occasionally, the callin.io CheckAvailability webhook is triggered, but sometimes it isn't. Furthermore, the last ChatGPT module sometimes returns the correct available time, and other times it doesn't. When the correct value is returned, it's not always passed to callin.io. Could anyone offer some assistance with these issues? Thank you.

Hi

I would love to help you with your appointment booking.

We are a small team of callin.io experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.
We have extensive experience with callin.io as we are integration partners for Newo.io an AI agent builder powered by callin.io.

If you are interested we would love to help you, you can schedule a call in here: 30 Min Meeting | Felipe Saucedo | Cal.com

I'm looking to integrate daily calendar appointments from BookingKoala with GoHighLevel. Currently, it seems the available methods involve callin.io monitoring for updated or new bookings. Is there a method for callin.io to transfer all entries from one calendar to another?

Hi there,

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience inconsistencies when building Voice AI solutions. We are experts in creating Voice AI Assistants using callin.io and callin.io, and we’d love to help you resolve these issues.

It sounds like there might be challenges with webhook connectivity or response handling between callin.io, callin.io, and Google Calendar. Ensuring proper response mapping and error handling in both the scenarios—CheckAvailability and BookingAppointment—can often help stabilize the workflow.
