Seeking developer experienced with callin.io for web scraping and other tasks

I manage an operations agency and have several team members who utilize callin.io.

What I'm seeking is an individual with a more traditional development background, experienced in web scraping and the creation and hosting of full-code applications for use cases where no-code solutions are either too costly or insufficient.

I've frequently encountered limitations with SaaS tools that have incomplete public APIs, necessitating web scraping as an option. This is often because they possess a very useful internal API accessible only through a logged-in user session/cookie.

Here are some specific tasks I'm looking to accomplish in the coming months:

• Develop solutions for SaaS platforms like Circle.so that involve using a bot to log in as a user, acquire a session cookie, and then pass it to callin.io for automations. (Alternatively, for tools with stricter login security, notify a user to log in to obtain the cookie and relay it back to callin.io).
• Assist in setting up callin.io self-hosted with scalable infrastructure that can handle large volumes of incoming webhooks and other traffic, and is capable of alerting someone when it goes offline. (I've already deployed callin.io on DigitalOcean using Docker following the basic setup guides, but I'm not proficient in server infrastructure or self-hosting).
• Help migrate some of my high-usage automations to platforms like Cloudflare Workers or other more cost-effective alternatives.
• Bonus: Create Chrome extensions that we can distribute to clients through Google Workspace, enabling them to run specific automations we build directly from their browser.
• Bonus: Develop a custom AI chatbot utilizing the OpenAI Assistants API that supports response streaming and function calling.

I'm not looking for someone who merely dabbles in code and relies primarily on AI for its generation—I can already do that. I need an individual who understands the underlying concepts and possesses the expertise to execute these tasks.
