Project Overview:
We are currently automating parts of our business operations using callin.io, with integrations that include:
- Monday.com CRM
- Bill.com
- QuickBooks Online
- Google Sheets
- Email + SMS triggers
- Potential integrations with Firebase, voice command tools, and AI agents like Convergence or Suna
The initial automations we require assistance with are:
- Synchronizing historical and new customer/order data from Bill.com into Monday.com CRM
- Automating contact skip tracing from Costar/ZoomInfo to enhance CRM records
- Developing task automation for a voice-powered productivity agent (EVA) utilizing callin.io, speech input, and calendar/email reminders
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with callin.io (self-hosted or cloud)
- Solid understanding of APIs and webhooks (GET/POST, authentication flows)
- Experience integrating with CRMs (particularly Monday.com)
- Proficiency in data cleaning, batching, and mapping
- Optional but beneficial: JavaScript functions within callin.io, Airtable experience, AI agent workflows
Communication:
- We operate asynchronously but are responsive.
- We prefer Slack, Discord, or email for updates.
- You will be working directly with the project owner (who has a technical background but limited availability).
