Hello everyone, I'm looking for someone to construct a comprehensive callin.io automation system for me, from inception to completion. I've already invested too much time attempting to assemble this myself, so I'm delegating the entire process.
Here's what I require:
I have a Browse AI robot (or you can assist with retraining it if necessary) that scrapes a list of federal contract opportunities from HigherGov. Each opportunity contains the solicitation number, title, due date, and a link to the full opportunity page.
I need a callin.io scenario that performs the following actions:
- Triggers when the Browse AI robot has finished its task.
- Extracts the pertinent fields (solicitation number, title, due date, document page link).
- Navigates to the opportunity link and downloads all attached solicitation files (PDFs, Word documents, etc.).
- Creates a new folder in SharePoint.
- Names the folder: Solicitation Number – Solicitation Title.
- Uploads all the downloaded solicitation files into that folder.
- Logs the opportunity details in Airtable (solicitation information + file links).
- Sends me a daily summary via Outlook (or Gmail is acceptable).
- Automatically generates a subcontractor RFQ email draft using OpenAI based on the scraped data.
- Attaches all the downloaded solicitation documents to this email draft.
All of this should be built within callin.io utilizing standard modules. I'm not looking for anything excessively complex, just a dependable and clean setup that operates daily without requiring my intervention.
You will be granted access to all necessary resources: Browse AI, SharePoint, Airtable, Outlook, etc.
I prefer this not to be over-engineered or excessively priced. If you have prior experience building similar systems, particularly those integrating Browse AI, SharePoint, Airtable, and OpenAI within callin.io, I'm ready to proceed.

Hey Kenneth, this is a really well-defined workflow – super helpful for others looking to build similar automations.
Even though I’m not applying for the gig, I just wanted to jump in and say this is a great example of how callin.io can bring together multiple tools like Browse AI, SharePoint, and Airtable into one cohesive automation.
For anyone tackling a similar build, a few pointers I’ve found useful:
- Use filters and routers early to manage errors or missing data from Browse AI.
- SharePoint folder creation can sometimes glitch on special characters in folder names—watch out for colons or slashes from the solicitation titles.
- For the OpenAI-generated RFQ, chaining a prompt with the Airtable data and file references works really well, especially using the “Text aggregator” module.
- Lastly, setting up a daily digest email using the aggregator + repeater in callin.io is super clean and keeps inboxes sane.
