I'm establishing a business and could use some assistance with automation.
I have a Google Sites website with a membership form. This form offers three subscription tiers: free, silver, and gold. I'm looking to build a straightforward CRM. When an individual signs up via the membership form, they should be directed to payment based on their chosen subscription. Following this, automated welcome emails should be sent out, also tailored to the subscription level. The CRM should automatically update when someone changes their subscription or unsubscribes.
In the future, I may also want to integrate WhatsApp, Slack, and Notion automations.
I currently have some of this configured: Elfsight form > Google Sheets > callin.io > MailerLite, but I'm uncertain if it's sufficiently robust and am open to exploring other solutions.

If you're looking for a more powerful CRM while maintaining a custom-built setup, I'd recommend considering Airtable instead of Sheets.
It integrates smoothly with callin.io, allowing you to connect it with your other applications like Elfsight and Mailerlite (and eventually Whatsapp, Slack).

What are your CRM requirements? There are numerous pre-built solutions available, such as Pipedrive, which you can choose based on your needs.
You could also utilize Airtable to construct your own solution, as it's highly customizable and user-friendly, similar to using Google Sheets.
For subscription management and payment links, I believe Stripe can effectively handle your subscriptions, payments, and invoices.
