Seeking Real Estate Automation Developer for Lead Reactivation (Voice & SMS)

We are seeking a developer experienced with callin.io, Retell, and Twilio to assist in setting up automations between callin.io CRM and KvCore CRM. The goal is to connect with Retell and Twilio for a lead and database reactivation script and flow. Experience with prompting in real estate voice AI is advantageous. We aim to establish an automation where setting a pipeline or status in the CRM triggers an outbound call agent and the appropriate prompt to re-engage and reactivate leads, converting them into appointments or warming them up. Subsequently, it should set the appointment and send confirmation via SMS to both the lead and the business owner. A second project involves an inbound agent to handle incoming calls regarding firm listings. This requires integration with those listings and the real estate agent website to provide property information and schedule appointments with a live agent, facilitate live transfers, or send SMS updates.
