Essentially, I have a workflow that adds applicants to a 'recruiting' base via a mailhook. It also links to a 'job advert' base, creating a new record there automatically if it doesn't already exist.
My goal is that when a new record is created in the 'job advert' base, it should also be assigned to the office that the job advert is linked to. I'm having trouble accessing this information. I've added it as a linked field to the 'recruiting' base, but it's not appearing in the module. Is there a way to automate this field in the 'job advert' base, or will this remain a manual task?
I'm not sure if this explanation is clear, but it's essentially creating a new recruit in the 'recruiting' base that's linked to a 'job advert' base. I want to assign the 'office' field on this 'job advert' record.
