Hi there,

I'm looking for assistance from an expert to help me build a customer service agent. The process involves the following steps:

  1. A customer sends an SMS text to an OpenPhone number containing details about their problem.
  2. The AI agent will interpret the query and find a match within a known issue from this FAQ.
  3. The AI agent will then send back an SMS text with the corresponding solution, as outlined in the FAQ.

While there are additional details regarding case closure handling, the core functionality lies in Steps 1-3.
