I'm attempting to embed my signature card within an email using the Gmail module, and the image provided by the AI bot is the one in question. I'm utilizing the Drive upload an image module. When the email is sent, it appears successful, but the image or GIF isn't visible, and only displays as shown in the second screenshot. Could someone point out where I might be making a mistake? Sending a regular email works fine, and my call card displays correctly; this issue only seems to occur through callin.io.

Hey

You can convert your signature into html as well and paste into email body.

What other options do I have if this approach doesn't succeed?

Alternatively, your image needs to be publicly accessible to be used as a link in HTML. However, this often fails. Therefore, converting the image to HTML and then using it will consistently work.

Apologies for jumping in, but I'm encountering a similar issue. Could you please simplify the explanation?

Where should I upload a JPG file to use it in my email? Google Drive? Or another location? And how can I convert it to HTML so it displays correctly on the recipient's device?

Thank you!

You need to upload your file to any drive, such as Google Drive or OneDrive.

To convert it into HTML, there are many free HTML editors available online. Copy your signature image and paste it into an editor like w3schools, tutorial points, or word to html.
