Automate Video Reel Creation for IG/TK/YT

I'm looking to hire someone to build the following workflow, or could you direct me if it's already available?

1. Video/Source Link Input (IG/TK/YT)

   • Detect when a new link is pasted into a designated Google Sheet.

2. Download and Transcription

   • Utilize an Instagram/TK/YT API or an appropriate downloader to obtain the reel.
   • Transcribe the video using a transcription service such as Whisper AI.

3. AI Script Generation

   • Send the transcription to ChatGPT or a similar AI to rephrase it in the client’s brand voice and tone.
   • Return the AI-generated script to Slack.

4. Notification for Voice Recording

   • Send a text message using a service like Twilio to alert the client when a new script is ready.
   • Include a direct link to the Slack message containing the script.

5. Voice Note Processing

   • Detect when a voice note is recorded and sent back to Slack.
   • Extract the audio file for subsequent processing.

6. AI Video Generation

   • Upload the voice note to HeyGen.
   • Generate a hyper-realistic AI video featuring lip-syncing, natural expressions, and full-body movements.

7. Content Enrichment with Twitter

   • Fetch a relevant post (Twitter or Other Video Link) based on the video topic using Twitter’s API.
   • Download any associated media.

8. Video Editing and Stitching

   • Combine the AI-generated video (at the bottom) and Twitter media (at the top) using a video editor like CapCut or Descript.

9. Final Delivery and Tracking

   • Upload the completed video to Google Sheets.
   • Provide a direct link to the final video for convenient access.
