:pushpin:

Primary task:

Set up the parsing of Instagram Reels into Airtable, capturing metrics such as:

  • views, likes, comments, reposts

  • followers at the time of publication

  • virality ratio (views / followers)

:bar_chart:

Statistics update frequency:

  • First 24 hours - hourly

  • Days 2 to 4 - every 3 hours

  • History should be saved in separate columns and analytical views

:speech_balloon:

This is an introductory description, not the final Statement of Work. We will provide the full structure, examples, and access once we begin. We have an existing system that needs refinement or an update.

If you are interested, please:

  • send us a few of your relevant case studies and your price list

briefly outline your proposed solution for the task described, including an estimated timeline and cost.

  • and suggest a convenient time for a brief call to discuss the details.

Thank you!

Hello,

Based on your description, you'll need a separate Airtable table for posts and another for your statistics. When using rollup fields, you'll need to be very careful with how you perform calculations per post.

What's crucial in your automation is deciding on the timestamps for your requests, which determines how often the automation checks for results. If you're using multiple accounts or have numerous posts, you'll need to factor that into your process as well.

I offer co-building sessions where we work live on your system to build it out. As we build, we'll make progress within your system, and you'll learn how your solution functions, enabling you to update it and make improvements yourself later.

I'm happy to schedule a 30-minute conversation, with no commitment, to review your project. If you already have an Airtable account, we can start building it from day one. Here's my calendar link: Solve it in 30 mins | Dimitris Goudis | Cal.com

Thanks

Hi, This sounds like an interesting automation setup involving Airtable and callin.io. I’ve worked on similar projects related to content parsing, analytics, and automation, and I’d be happy to explore how I can help with refining or updating your existing system.

I’m confident I can assist with setting up the Instagram Reels parsing, metrics tracking, and scheduled updates as described. Once I have access to the full structure and examples, I can provide a more accurate timeline and quote.

Feel free to book a quick call here: [Calendly]
