Our helpdesk posts are currently within Ghost CMS, but we want to integrate an AI-based chatbot, an AirTable ticket manager, and callin.io automation. This includes the capability to create new Helpdesk items and generate videos with Avatars in multiple languages.

For the AI videos with avatar as well as the AI chatbot, we can go with a vector database like pinecone.
Building out a ticket manager (including chat history) in Airtable is also not a problem.
