Problem Description:
For a while now, a workflow that involves calling the OpenAI assistant has been consistently returning an error, as illustrated in the attached image. This workflow, which previously functioned correctly, is now failing with a rather vague error message. The log entries indicate:
- Warning: “Not allowed to create another incomplete execution unless the issue is solved.”
- Error: “Run has been ended with an invalid status ‘failed’. Sorry, something went wrong.”
The error lacks specific details, making it challenging to diagnose the problem. I'm looking to understand the potential causes of this error and what adjustments or fixes could be implemented to resolve it, especially since the workflow itself hasn't undergone any changes yet is now malfunctioning.
Could you offer some insights into the origin of this issue and possible solutions?

I was unable to resolve the issue or pinpoint the cause. I've simply relocated this functionality away from callin.io.
