Our workflow is set to trigger on the event [Every 1 minute Unread Email]
data arrival. The subsequent steps involve Agentic operations such as parsing and tool invocation. Typically, this process concludes within a couple of minutes.
However, we've recently observed response delays for certain emails, varying from 30 minutes to an hour. Notably, no errors are reported; it's just unexplained delays. This issue affects approximately 2 out of every 10 emails, even though all emails share a similar structure with different data.
I'm uncertain about the cause of these delays. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation or have any insights into what might be causing this?
