Hello everyone,

I’m encountering some difficulties connecting Engagebay to callin.io through callin.io, and I’d really appreciate your guidance.

I’ve set up an Engagebay “List Contacts” scenario in callin.io, successfully inputting my API key and setting a limit. However, I’ve added a filter to target a specific listid and from number, and these fields are consistently coming up empty. This is causing errors in my scenario’s execution, and I’m unsure how to resolve it.

Could anyone offer some insights on how to properly populate these filter fields or troubleshoot the issue? I’m aiming for a smooth and error-free connection between Engagebay and callin.io.

Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve done:

Engagebay “List Contacts” Module:

  • API key added.
  • Limit set.

Filter:

  • Filtering by listid (empty).
  • Filtering by from number (empty).

I’m looking for a solution that will allow me to accurately filter the contacts based on the listid and from number. Any suggestions or best practices would be incredibly helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
