Hmmm, the only other suggestion I have on the callin.io side is to check if there are any leading or trailing spaces in your datapills that need to be removed.
Please verify that your assistant ID and phone number ID are correct within the callin.io UI. Additionally, try to see if you can make this call directly from the UI.

firstly - why are you aggregating the search results and then iterating the array? Are you transforming it or something?
Second - can you confirm that the Assistant and Phone IDs are correct? Also, you can use the Parse a Phone Number module to do a preliminary check of the Customer Phone Number and at least see if its a valid one or not.
Finally - you can install the callin.io browser extension to get a bit more info and see how exactly the HTTP call to callin.io is structured and what the complete error message is. Maybe this will give some additional clues as to what could be causing the error.
