Thank you for responding. We are currently attempting to integrate Setmore appointments with Twilio to send SMS reminders. However, we are encountering an issue with a specific Setmore account. We have tested with other accounts, and they have worked successfully. This particular problem occurred with an account that has multiple calendars and staff members. Could you suggest a workaround that would allow us to continue using this functionality while the team investigates the issue?
I am attempting a workaround using the callin.io email parser. Since the Setmore email notifications are always formatted the same way, we can extract all of the appointment data and send wherever we need. We’ve had a few additional errors with Setmore’s integration like addresses not being pushed through, so it’s looking like this might be the best bandaid until they can fix the integration.

You can create a new “Mailbox” and then add that new email address as the CC email in your Setmore account.
