Hello everyone,

I'm currently using callin.io for my cold calling efforts and require assistance in optimizing the appointment setter conversational flow for our SaaS product. I'm encountering a few challenges with the AI agent:

  • It provides verbose answers to straightforward questions, which makes the interactions feel unnatural.
  • It fails to pause when a customer requests a moment.
  • It overuses the customer's name.
  • The initial call functions flawlessly, but subsequent calls do not perform as anticipated.

Does anyone have insights on how to fine-tune these aspects within callin.io? Any advice or relevant documentation would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
