Go High Level + callin.io + ChatGPT Automation Setup (Anchor Scenario Build)

Job Description:

I’m looking for a skilled automation specialist to construct a core automation (anchor scenario) that links:

  • Go High Level (GHL)
  • callin.io
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI API)

The objective of this anchor scenario is to initiate from a GHL form submission, transmit the lead’s details to GPT-4, generate an intelligent follow-up SMS, and dispatch it back to the lead via GHL’s messaging API. This serves as the initial phase for numerous subsequent automations.

This is a single project with the possibility of ongoing work to develop over 20 additional automations, contingent on the success of the first.

Deliverables:

  • Webhook configuration from GHL form to callin.io
  • JSON data parsing for lead information (firstName, message, phone)
  • GPT-4 prompt configuration using the OpenAI API
  • HTTP POST request to GHL for SMS delivery
  • (Optional) Data logging to a Google Sheet
  • Comprehensive documentation or a Loom walkthrough

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise with callin.io (Integromat)
  • Thorough understanding of the Go High Level API & CRM structure
  • Proficiency with ChatGPT/OpenAI API (GPT-4)
  • Capability to build robust, modular scenarios
  • Clear communication and prompt execution
