GPT-4o Assistant Connection in callin.io Workflows - Error. [400]

I'm attempting to use the make an API call feature to interact with my assistant (currently running 4o). What should I input into the URL field? What about the header key and volume? Is the body field intended for my message to the assistant? I reviewed the aforementioned URL but couldn't find the information I need. Can anyone offer assistance? Thank you!
